Can I skip the application process and just book right away to hold my spot?
No, all clientele have the opportunity to speak with our Founder to ensure it's the right fit! This RISE program is specifically curated for established, creative entrepreneurial women over 35 ONLY.
Is each RISE different?
Yes, each RISE is curated differently this is part of what makes is such a unique and special opportunity to attend. The alchemy cannot be repeated or "manufactured" in any way..See above for more legendary images of other RISE programs.
Is that ENTIRE estate just for us?
Yes! You will fall in love with this space each step you walk in this romantic dream held in total privacy, ancient energetics, and safety.
What is the nearest airport? How will I get to our estate?
Florence. Rome often is the most direct internationally. Either choice to where you would like to begin your Italian adventure , a fast comfortable train ride can wisk you to Florence where Panther is providing complementary transport to our stunning venue on July 30th (Day 1).
Are meals included?
Yes. AND chef will be able to modify for those with special requirements. We encourage all to enjoy what the gorgeous Tuscan / Umbrian menu has to offer.
Is RISE refundable in case of emergency?
Due to the nature of retreats, this is a non refundable. Your payment MAY POSSIBLY ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS be credited to other Panther Process Experiences with proof of emergency.

Kira Saundra is a Visionary Architect, Curator and the Lead Practitioner of the Panther Process' copyright methods specializing in Shadow Work infusing somatic, energetic, psychological alchemy, art, light and sound into a safe, profound space for metamorphosis. Kira's expertise includes a myriad of Panther Experiences: Sensory Installations, 1:1 Curated Panther Programs, Trainings, Immersions and RISE Retreats. Empath, confidante, provocateur, emotional archaeologist - Kira invokes an excavation to the core dynamics of the Soul enabling powerful liberation and alchemy of the real and raw to live life in technicolor. She is a featured international guest speaker and thought leader on various topics within ShadowWork, including intimate relating. She is a multiple certified ThetaHealing® practitioner (2015), has been trained since birth as a second generation astrologer in the School of Evolutionary Astrology. Kira has been implementing and studying Process Oriented and Jungian Psychology (2009). She has been a certified practitioner of Shamanic/Transformational Breathwork (2013), a Yoga Alliance certified teacher under Denise Payne specializing in Yin Yoga since (2016), Dr. Anodea Judith's program "Psychology of the Chakras" (2017), and Reiki trained in her home of New York City (2014). Kira carries a wide variety of world medicine including shamanism and a dozen forms of esoterica from her continuous experience circumnavigating the globe. Being initiated in the most profound process of her own heart the last several years, RISE: RENAISSANCE is the program she curated closest to her heart for other creative women in their mastery.

JADE D'ALESSIO / CO-LEADER FOUNDER FEMININE WILDE
Jade D'Alessio is an Italian - Australian Feminine Empowerment Leader, & Founder of Feminine Wilde: Archetypal Journeys for Women. Jade has been passionately devoted to her journey as a teacher, leader, & 1:1 therapist for over 14 years. In this time she have held space for 1000's of men & women worldwide in reclaiming their wild hearted essence. Personal Growth is her life's devotion. Her 1:1 work, group offerings, festivals, seminars, trainings & Feminine Wilde Retreats have a strong intimate focus on Somatic Embodiment, Feminine Mythology, Jungian Archetypal Psychology, therapy, Feminine Empowerment Coach & the Sacred Erotic Archetypal Mysteries. Jade's deepest passion is supporting women to thrive & embody their hearts deepest desires. She does this through awakening the collective wisdom of archetypal initiation, accessing the feminine mysteries, & reclaiming the erotic current within. Kira and Jade met living in Bali 11 years ago, have a profound understanding of sisterhood, witnessing the soul of one another and have co-taught in Australia in 2020. LAURETTA MAZZA/ CO-LEADER FOUNDER MOVIMENTO DOLCE
Lauretta grew up in Bologna, a city-laboratory of new ideas. She graduated in Literature (Fine Arts, Music and Performance Arts) and pursued Jungian studies before working in the field of communications for publishing houses and information technology companies. After a few years, she made the decision to shift back to the practices that she loved, becoming a certified Trager Approach practitioner and opening a studio in Rome in the heart of the old city, Trastevere. Becoming a First Degree Black Belt in NIA (dance, martial arts, and healing modality), teaching at the dance school in Roma (IALS), being a practicing Buddhist, certified Forest Therapist, Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT), and Restorative Yogi : just a few areas where Lauretta shines in her years of mastery. Her myriad of study & forward thinking with an understanding of business, fine arts, music, literature, and performance make her an ideal addition to RISE: RENAISSANCE. Lauretta alchemizes these practices in movement and meditation by founding “Movimento Dolce” (Gentle Movement), creating the space for mindfulness, connection to one’s self and joy”. Her life now in Tuscany is a culmination of all that brings her joy.
